Described as a "a sextet dripping in jazz, funk, rock and blues with a touch of reggae and ska thrown in for good measure”, Holey Miss Moley draws from a wealth of influences and repertoire while always maintaining a groove that will surely get one out of their seat.
Despite their relatively short tenure as a band, this group has been able to perform at several music festivals around the state such as Orange Blossom Jamboree, Zach Deputy’s Suwannee Disc Jam, Treasure islands Bands on the Sands,Bamboo Jamboo, The Great Outdoors Jam and shows no signs of slowing down. Clamoring the attention of fans from every city they visit, they have become one of Orlando’s fastest growing bands and one of the few to bridge Orlando and Tampa/St. Pete’s thriving music scenes.
This "filthy funk" sextet from central Florida features Jacob Cox on guitar/vocals, Kenneth Harvey on bass, Tony Morales on drums, Christian Ryan on saxophone, Rev. Funky D on Keys, Vernon Suber on percussion and features Danny Clemmons on vocals and are not afraid to bring in some of the plethora of Florida’s talented vocalists and MC’s, to join on stage and take their sets to new heights. Compositionally they can range from hard hitting riffs and dynamic grooves, to calming harmonies and smooth melodies that give the listener a full spectrum of blissful sonority. Their versatility also lends them to perform entire sets of strictly funk, reggae, blues, rock and/or soul music if need be to fit just about any situation necessary.
